Most Limousine companies require a minimum rental of
three to five hours. Some companies will start charging when the limousine
leaves the garage or may charge for travel time to the area where service
begins. Most companies charge from the prearranged time until the end of
service.
If you go over the time you reserved, expect to
be charged overtime at the hourly rate.
Most weddings take longer than expected so ask about reserving the
limousine for an extra hour in advance. It may not be possible to extend
your rental at the last minute.
To reserve service, most companies require a one hour Credit Card deposit
or up to 50% of estimated services.
The limousine you are booking will be reserved for you for a specific
period of time. Cancellation policies are different for each company,
ask when making the reservation. Your deposit may be forfeited if you
cancel at the last minute, so be sure of your plans and keep the limousine
company informed of any changes. Limousine companies book up to a year
in advance. Book your limousine as soon as you are sure of the date and
time of your event, especially if you are looking for a specific type
or size of limousine
